Legal form and tax exemption
Association under Art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code, founded in August 2014. Exempted from taxation by the tax authority of the Canton of Basel-Stadt on 4 March 2015, for cantonal taxes as well as for federal direct tax. Contributions from CHF 100 a year are deductible from direct taxes.
