Christmas party

We want to give people a proper Christmas, especially families with children for whom it would otherwise be out of reach. People from other countries experience an important part of our culture – a quiet time of peace.

Almost 200 guests, staff and friends celebrate together: a festive mood, a good meal, a Christmas story for young and old. At the end, the highlight for the children who are the centre of the evening – handing out the presents.

Every year on 24 December. The venue changes from year to year.

When it is hot

Gelato in summer

When it is hot we treat our guests at the food distribution to homemade gelato from Gelateria ACERO in Basel. The gratitude and delight is enormous every time.

On hot Tuesdays in summer, no registration needed.

In autumn

A touch of the autumn fair

Since our clients can rarely afford the Basler Herbstmesse, we grill a cervelat to shorten the wait, and there is a Mässmogge for the children.

During the autumn fair the boutique also spins a wheel of fortune: you can win percentage discounts on your shopping with us. And even a blank ticket comes with a consolation prize.
